Individual Therapy

There are times in our lives when we wish to focus on our personal growth, delineate and achieve certain life goals, and know ourselves better.  Many life challenges can lead a person to individual therapy including a desire to make changes but not knowing how to start; abuse of food or substances; work related stress; experience of anxiety, panic, or depression; an inability to move on from past hurts or traumas; or a loss or significant life transition. Individual therapy can help clients of all ages gain greater awareness of their own processes and transform life challenges into opportunities for growth.
